Saturday Yoga Flow with Lisa: Elevate your spirits every Saturday morning with our Yoga Flow sessions led by the incredible Lisa Pumper and her team at the MKT in Las Olas Oceanside Park. Every Saturday from 9:45 am to 11:00 am, immerse yourself in the serene Yoga Flow for everyBody on the main lawn. Lisa, a leading Yoga Educator, brings good vibes, music, ocean breezes, sunshine rays, and the shade of palm trees to create a harmonious experience. Grab your mat, towel or sheet, sunglasses, sunblock, water, and friends for this revitalizing session. This rejuvenating session offers the perfect prelude to exploring the market or strolling along beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach.
Transformative Flow with Nazingah: Experience a dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class that links breath with movement. This invigorating practice, led by a passionate instructor, builds strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Suitable for all levels, the instructor’s guidance will take you on a journey of self-discovery through movement.

Seaside Sessions
Join us at The MKT for live music every Saturday and Sunday from 12–3 PM. Leash Up at The LOOP
Ready to strengthen your bond with your furry best friend? In honor of Dog Training Education Month and Fort Lauderdale’s pet-friendly parks, The LOOP introduces Leash Up at The LOOP, debuting on Sat, February 8.
Join us on the second Saturday of each month at 10:45 AM for free training sessions sponsored by Dog Training Elite Broward. Each session begins with a personalized assessment to address your pup’s unique needs, followed by group training focused on leash manners, basic commands, and socialization. Using positive reinforcement, these sessions are designed to help your dog feel confident and well-mannered in any public setting.
