KABALAH YOGA®️ WITH FOUNDER, AUDI GOZLAN: Audi Gozlan is a passionate teacher who fuses flow yoga with the cultivation of spiritual intention. He is an RYT 500 member of the Yoga Alliance and founder of Kabalah Yoga®️, a unique style of yoga that teaches how to move our body in a creative way and with deeper intention. He is a Prana Vinyasa teacher and is an assistant to international yoga teacher Shiva Rea.

Audi is an inspiring yoga teacher who is wise, creative, and openhearted for all – levels to enjoy.
His classes feature special flows that are powerful and take you deep into the body.
His music features spiritual artists and is equally inspiring since it flows into the practice he shares and the spirit of unity he offers.
His classes are a mix of meditation and sacred movement.

COMMUNITY CONNECTION: Stay after class, lounge on the rooftop lawn, pack a picnic, chat with teachers & enjoy the city /water views on the lawn.

This is a beautiful environment where every color, shape & size is welcome.
Teachers will demo and give options for all levels to follow.
Come as you are, and receive all you deserve.

6:30 pm: DOORS OPEN: Check in, settle in, and take fun & fabulous sunset photos with the city skyline on our rooftop terrace.
7:00 pm: EVENT BEGINS: class is 90+ minutes

BRING a Yoga mat, blanket, large towel & bottle of water.
We have both turf grass, and stone surfaces to choose from for your practice space.
Wear comfortable fitness attire. You will sweat!

BRING a BLANKET or something to cover for meditation, the body will cool down and get chilly.
