We are ending this summer sizzle with a special master class lead by Lisa

Solar (Yang) & Lunar (Yin) Yoga Master Flow: A Vinyasa slow flow & release into deep restoring poses.
Guided Yoga Nidra Rest & Meditation: Yoga Nidra relaxation techniques & guided moon meditation.
Music: a playlist of dope musical beats & soothing sounds of healing

Treats: We will not be providing comp treats or drinks. We have our vendors who will offer fresh juices, snacks & as always, you can BYO picnic to enjoy on the lawn.
Vendors & cOMmUNITY: shop before class or after, connect with the community & raffle

TIME
6:30 pm: DOORS OPEN EARLY
Check-in, settle in, mix and mingle with the community vendors, and take fun & fabulous photos with the city skyline on our rooftop terrace.

7:15 pm: MAIN EVENT BEGINS

BRING
Yoga mat, large towel, sunglasses & bottle of water.
Wear fun & comfortable movement attire.
Layers. You will sweat!!! And in case it gets chilly/windy when the sun goes down.
We have both turf grass and stone surfacing to choose from for your practice space.

Drive up to Level 5 of the Las Olas Beach Garage ( by the Rooftop terrace )
$ hourly rates or – $10 flat rate parking from 4 pm till 2 am
the discount code is posted a couple of days before the event & will also be in the reminder email for ticket/reservation holders 2 hours before the event begins
