ANIMAL FLOW is a ground-based movement system designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, power, coordination, and endurance.
This is an INTRO level class, and we’ll start from the ground and work our way up. I’ll break down each movement, we’ll learn it through repetition, and we’ll build on each piece so that the flow becomes more natural as we progress. I design a program that sets YOU up for success and we have lots of fun along the way. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Improve the way you move through every day. Let’s Flow!

WHAT YOU NEED:
AN OPEN MIND to try something new. This is mentally and physically challenging! Expect to sweat and work hard, while learning more about your body and how it moves through space.
BARE FEET. That’s right. Ditch the shoes and socks if you dare. Find better stability and get better feedback of how your body is moving. Build strength and flexibility in the foundation we depend on daily. Trust me on this one.

All participants must register in advance, complete a class waiver, and pay to secure space
