The Second Annual Fur the Love Pet Fest returns to Fort Lauderdale Beach on Sunday, February 20, in its new location at Las Olas Oceanside Park (The LOOP), from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The pet-friendly event will be hosted by Ana & Teddy, the dynamic mom-and-pup duo behind the award-winning Instagram @TourwithTeddy and blog Living A Fairytail. Fur the Love Pet Fest’s 2022 theme, Pupchella, is a nod to the music festival Coachella. New this year is the VIP Bark Brunch picnic featuring indie-acoustic tunes courtesy of JJ and the Florida Oranges band.
All event profits will benefit 100+ Abandoned Dogs of Everglades Florida, a nonprofit organization that was established as a community effort to end the neglect and abuse of animals.
Prior to the event, guests are encouraged to enter the #PUPCHELLA photo contest by uploading a photo of their pet in its Pupchella-inspired finest here. The pet that earns the most votes by Februart 13 will have the opportunity to win a FURshionista VIP package, including two VIP tickets to the Second Annual Fur The Love Pet Fest and one entry in the Pupchella fashion show (a $70 value).
