The teacher will demonstrate poses & give clear directions over a high-quality sound system. Kids can join class with supervised adults, or play off to the side of class.
This is a family-friendly park – a non-judgment zone – open to all levels, shapes sizes, and colors.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga Mat is not required. We practice on a firm turf lawn ( no holes, bumps, bugs, or sand ) for easy-flowing movements and balance. ) Bottle of water & your friends!
