Join us for a special morning of movement, mindfulness, and community beneath the palms at Las Olas Oceanside Park. A longtime LOOP favorite, Lisa Pumper has been leading Morning Yoga Flow every Saturday since 2019, welcoming all bodies, all levels, and all walks of life.
This uplifting Slow Vinyasa experience blends yoga flow, core fitness, music, Yin-inspired release, aromatherapy, and sound healing meditation into one energizing and restorative session. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice, this International Yoga Day gathering invites you to breathe deeply, move freely, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Lisa Pumper is an ERYT500 Yoga & Meditation Educator, wellness philanthropist, movement motivator, and founder of Yoga cOMmUNITY FL and Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Fitness. Originally from New York and now a longtime South Florida resident, Lisa has spent more than 25 years teaching yoga and certifying over 1,000 instructors.
