In celebration of International Yoga Day, The LOOP, Lululemon, Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Fitness, the Worst Party Ever, and Smartwater have partnered to host three free community yoga sessions at Las Olas Oceanside Park.
Yoga Sessions
- 9:00 am – 10:00 am: Led by Tammy Patterson, yoga instructor and Lululemon Ambassador
Start your day centered with Tammy Patterson as she leads our opening International Yoga Day session, presented by lululemon Las Olas, from 9:00–10:00 AM. You’ll feel Tammy’s heart before you even hear her voice—a calming presence that brings depth, connection, and intention to every class. Her all-levels flow blends creative movement with grounding breathwork, reflective readings, and meditations that leave you feeling balanced, nourished, and full of life. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or part of your daily rhythm, Tammy welcomes you just as you are. Bring your mat, water, and a friend, and be one of the first 10 to check in for a free copy of her Gratitude Journal.
- 10:30 am – 11:30 am: Led by Lisa Pumper, leading yoga instructor and educator, founder, Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga and Fitness
Keep your flow going with longtime LOOP favorite Lisa Pumper, leading our second International Yoga Day session of the day. A beloved local with over 25 years of experience, Lisa has been guiding our Morning Yoga Flow every Saturday since 2019—welcoming all bodies, all levels, and all walks of life.
Lisa will lead a Hatha Raja Yoga Flow: an inspiring modern journey to the heart of Yoga, featuring embodied movements and breathwork, electronic soundscapes, uplifting energy in flow, deep releasing poses, guided meditation, and a soulful sound healing bath.
- 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm: Led by Jeffrey Benet, number one Class Pass Instructor in the US (2023), and founder of The Worst Party Ever.
Close out International Yoga Day as community favorite, Jef Benet, leads a golden hour Fit-Flow session from 6:30 to 7:30 pm: part high-energy circuit, part feel-good yoga, all set to ocean sounds and live beats. Catch the sea breeze and soak up the vibes as movement melts into a mellow atmosphere. Stick around after class for a casual hang with fellow creators, movers, and “worst-but-best” friends. Bring a mat or towel, sunglasses, water, and your best beach spirit—good energy guaranteed.
