About the Instructor: Aleyna Can

Hi everyone, my name is Aleyna Can, and movement has always been a part of my life. Growing up as an athlete and playing tennis for years, I was always active, but I never truly had a healthy relationship with my body or food. Like many people, I spent years chasing an image instead of focusing on how I actually felt.

When I started strength training, I was putting in the work but wasn’t seeing results because my nutrition and mindset were not aligned with my goals. Once I shifted to nourishing my body with whole foods, balanced meals, high protein, and consistency, everything changed—not just physically, but mentally. Fitness stopped becoming about being “skinny” and started becoming about feeling strong, confident, and connected to myself.

After years of strength training, I discovered Pilates and instantly fell in love with the practice and everything it represents: control, flow, alignment, breath, connection, and intentional movement. In May 2025, I completed my 100-hour Mat Pilates teacher training, and through that experience, I realized Pilates is truly for everybody and every body.

As I continued practicing, I naturally began blending Pilates with strength-based movement—creating a style that feels empowering, athletic, intentional, and energizing. Music has also always been a huge part of my life, especially house music, which is why I wanted to create a space where music and movement come together to build real connection and community.

These events are about more than just a workout. They are about showing up for yourself, moving your body without judgment, meeting like-minded people, and creating moments that feel good from the inside out.

Thank you for being here and being part of this community. I can’t wait to move with you!
