Join the South Florida Caribbean Conference, The LOOP Fort Lauderdale, and community partners for SocaTon: Men’s Health Matters on Sunday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Las Olas Oceanside Park.
Presented as part of Caribbean American Heritage Month, this high-energy wellness experience brings together movement, music, culture, and community connection in support of men’s health awareness. Led by Dr. Paul Mello, Boss Chick Dance Workout, and Soca Fitness, participants will walk, dance, and move to the vibrant sounds of the Caribbean in a celebration designed to uplift the body, mind, and spirit.
June 14 is also Flag Day, and attendees are invited to bring a flag representing their country of origin as we celebrate the diversity, heritage, and pride of the Caribbean-American community. Bring your flag and represent your culture with pride as we come together through music, movement, wellness, and unity.
Originally founded as a cultural gathering, the South Florida Caribbean Conference has grown into a platform that unites community, commerce, and culture through collaboration, advocacy, and resource-sharing. Through events that combine entertainment, education, and empowerment, SFCC continues to create meaningful opportunities for connection and lasting community impact.
This special event is presented in partnership with The LOOP Fort Lauderdale, Bubbler Entertainment, Boss Chick, Soca Fitness, DJ Play, Dr. Paul Mello, and community partners.
