The Wonderland Rink at Las Olas Oceanside Park – where sustainability meets fun under the sun.
Fort Lauderdale Beach has never been cooler with the debut of The RINK, a 4,000-square-foot eco-friendly and technological marvel that brings the thrill of ice skating under blue skies and palm trees.
Composed of self-moisturizing, seamless tongue-and-groove panels, The RINK provides a smooth surface for skaters to glide and turn as they would on conventional ice, and a traditional wintertime experience that’s perfect for all ages, novices, and pros alike.
HOURS
The Rink is open daily from Monday, November 13, 2023, through Monday, January 1, 2024.
Holiday hours may vary.
- Monday through Thursday: 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. ( 2:30 for a 30-minute special session)
- Friday: 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Wednesday & Saturday: 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. are reserved for 21+ only
TICKETS
Tickets for The RINK are only available to purchase online.
For private rentals or buyouts, all 50 tickets must be purchased for each single session timeframe.
- Adults (18+): $20
- Teen (13-17 years old): $18
- Children (6-12 years old): $15
- Senior (55+) 30-minute sessions: $10, Mon & Wed
- Lil’ Ones (3-5) 30-minutes: $15, adult/child combo, Tue & Thur
- Adult Only (21+) Theme Nights: $25.
Skate Sessions are 50 minutes, unless otherwise noted, and include skate rentals in sizes child 10 to adult 13.
A limited number of skates in men’s sizes 14 & 15 are available.
A limited number of adjustable children’s double-blade skates are available and must be worn on closed-toe shoes.
Skate assists are available for children under 4′ tall for an additional $7.
All minor children 18 and under are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before entering the rink area

- Half-Time Skates: Every Monday & Wednesday for Seniors ( 55+) and Lil’ Ones (3-5) Tuesday & Thursday from 2:30-3:00 p.m.
- Girl’s Night Out: Every Wednesday from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m., 21+ with DJ and themed dress-up nights, including Pajama Party, Ugly Sweater Night, Holiday Hoedown, and more.
- Throwback Thursday: Skate back in time to retro beats from Classic Disco to Old-School Hip Hop, and Motown to 70’s Yacht Rock.
- Rock The RINK: Groove and glide to the sound of live music, every Friday, November 17 – December 15, from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- SaturDate Skates: Couples, from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m., 21+ with DJ and themed dress-up nights
- Sunday with Santa & Friends: Family sessions from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. featuring photo ops and special giveaways
SKATE FOR A CAUSE – Glide, Give, Repeat!
To help make the holiday season even brighter, The RINK will donate $2 for each ticketholder who skates on each of the six Giving Tuesdays throughout the series to local nonprofit organizations, including the Humane Society of Broward County (11/21), United Way of Broward County’s Mission United (11/24), The Pride Center at Equality Park (12/5), Feeding South Florida (12/12), Broward Center Arts in Education (12/19), and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Broward County (12/26).
Supporters can also make Any Day a Giving Tuesday by adding a donation to their skate session purchase or reserving a keepsake Wonderland Rink ornament.

Lights, Laughter, and Holiday Cheer!
Settle into the holiday season with Seasons Screenings, the free and family-friendly movie series. Showtimes vary every Thursday night from November 30 through December 14.
MUSIC ON THE MAIN
Music on the Main closes out our 2023 Friday night concert series, with a new name and an exciting new twist. Come groove and glide through the holiday season, every Friday from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., November 17 through December 15.
