The rebound (bounce) boots are designed to absorb 80 percent of impact on joints while also improving balance.

Our Boots!
Rebound Boots are designed to absorb 80% of impact/pressure from your ankles, knees, back and joints. Rebound Boots improves balance, core strength and promotes an increase metabolism and endurance. It’s beneficial for persons with knee or hip injuries.

Our Music
First, let us explain the music that we use for our classes. Soca music is short for (Soul of Calypso) and is a genre of music that originated in Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the early 1970s and developed into a range of styles during the 1980s and after. Soca music with it’s high energy beats is fast evolving in the music scene and becoming used more and more in fitness arenas and throughout!

I started Socabounce™ Fitness classes as a fun experience to help participants in our class attain their fitness goals year round. Through our choreographed routines to the rhythmic sounds of the Caribbean and Afrobeats music on Rebound boots, the goal is to help you achieve your best YOU! Through dedication, support and having fun on Rebound Boots we guarantee you will have a great time in our class! Get over your fears and intimidation and “Dare to be Different” and come join us in this fun, high energy, low impact interval training workout that is guaranteed to reshape your core and put you on a path to complete wellness!! Hoping to Bounce with you soon!
