Trick or Treat down Broadway with the Broward Center Spotlights

The Broward Center Spotlights will treat children ages 2 – 12 with both sweets and sweet tunes from the upcoming Broadway Across America series at Broward Center of the Performing Arts. Songs from Six, Hamilton, Tina, Chicago, Mean Girls, and Beetlejuice will surely delight all ages embarking upon the sing-a-long Trick or Treat Trail.

About the Spotlights

Broward Center Spotlights is a performing vocal ensemble for students who love to sing in front of an audience. This audition-based musical theater program trains students to perform solos, duets, and group numbers, along with choreography for various Broward Center and community events. Team-taught by a professional music director and choreographer, students gain top-tier instruction in song and dance, musicianship, improved vocal technique, and song interpretation while building dance skills and stage presence using some of Broadway’s greatest songs. Past appearances include Christmas on Las Olas, Trick or Treat on 2nd Street, live television shows, Coffeehouse Cabarets, and Broadway at the Beach. This session culminates with a performance in a Holiday Spectacular onstage in the Amaturo Theater. Teaching artists: Tammy Holder and TJ Tekurio
