We know that exercise is great for our minds and bodies, but sometimes it’s challenging to maintain interest. That’s why exercising with a friend or family member can be a huge benefit – and why every 1st week of the month, you can bring them to any of the following LO/OP Fit classes free of charge*.
- Wednesday, August 3: Buns & Guns with Sharon & Kaylei – Bring a Friend, plus Complimentary Child Care
- Thursday, August 4: Steel Mace at Sunrise with Carlos – Friends & Family 18+ Only
- Saturday, August 6: SocaBounce with Raakeebah – Children 12 – 16 Bounce Free with Paid Adult. Children’s Boots must be reserved in advance. Youth size 4-6; Adult size 7 and up
- Saturday, August 6: Yoga on the Lawn with Lisa – Children 5 – 14 Flow Free with Paid Adult
* Valid for new class attendees only when accompanying a paid previous or new class participant.
Advance registration is required. Minimum age 16, must be accompanied by a parent or 21+ guardian and complete a signed waiver.
